Are there any Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Holiday specials? 

Absolutely! Starting on Black Friday each year, the entire site will be left open for a 50% sale for a week. Until December 1, 2023 everything storewide will be 50% OFF. Also we will offer FREE shipping on all items to the United States. When its over the site will switch back to only exclusive drops/ Until the next year’s Black Friday. When an item is sold out its never remade. All our items are exclusive unique and limited. 

GENERAL QUESTIONS

I missed a drop. How can I find out when an item will be back in stock?

Everything that NOTANON is in limited quantity. There are only a set number of items ever available. Our products are all unique one of a kind limited edition designs, inspired by cutting edge designers & real world hackers. When we sell out of an item that item is never available again. 

If the item you wanted was part of a hacker x designer collection, see if that pair link up again for another collaboration. New collections by the same team up yield exciting twist on the same vibe. Also follow that hack or that designer to see whats next for them on NOTANON.

Are the items for sale on the site available anywhere else? 

No. At least not by us. NOTANON is like a collectors item in that way.  There is a secondary market online on sites and you can keep a look out on sites like stockx, poshmark, fashionphile, farfetch preowned, and even gem.app and ebay. We do have special pop ups and real world opportunities to purchase items including DEFCON 32 in Las Vegas, August 2024.

What do you mean by “drops”? 

The concept of drops come from Japanese retail boutiques. Sign up to be alerted to when a new collection is about to be “dropped” onto the NOTANON website. You can receive an email, text, or whatsapp message alerting you when the you can purchase it.  There will be a window of time when the products in a collection can be acquired. Whatever is sold out, will be sold out forever. When the collection times out and its window closes, the collection will stop being sold for a season. 

What is the inspiration behind NOTANON?

NOTANON is a fashion brand and apparel line representing a unique blend of art and technology, designed for anyone with an alketrnativen vision of the future – tech enthusiasts, hackers, designer fashion shoppers, and fans of drop sites. We collaborate with top technologists and artists to create innovative and stylish collections that represent them both. The products that come from their union are exclusive, unique, and limited edition. Once they sell out they won’t be sold again which keeps to the unique skills and personalities of the two involved. On top of that we donate proceeds fro9m each and every sale to charity. Our vision of the future is crafted by those who are actually forging it now. It is not dystopian, or 100 shades of black. The real futurist, technologist, and hackers involved in NOTANON are as diverse as their styles, colors, and backgrounds. The designers and artists are those who are chosen for their unique lens on the world. When the two combine truly special things are created.   We celebrate those who are putting the work in change this world for the better!

What is the return policy? 

NOTANON offers a 30 day return policy except for FINAL SALE items. We ask that you email [email protected] or contact us so we can assist you through the return process and ensure the best customer care possible.  If your item was somehow manufactured with imperfections, defects, flaws or is mis-labled  it can be returned for a replacement item at no cost to you. Our customer care representatives may ask for photos of the package or impacted item.  Items that are the wrong fit can be exchanged for a different size if it has not been worn.  Items exchanged must be of equal or greater value. Items can be returned for full credit with a receipt (email proof of purchase) to the original payment method  if they are damaged or wrong. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time the warehouse receives the return for the refund to be processed.  Reach out to [email protected] so we can see what we can do for you. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide change for an exchange or offer multiple items. Where do I return my items to? 

NOTANON is based in New York City but we distributes our packages from a series of warehouses through out the United Sates and around the world. When its time to return your item contact us, so we can offer you the best option available at that time based on where you are shipping the item from.  

What items are final sale? 

NOTANON is not able to exchange or take returns of face masks, underwear, and swimwear due to hygiene and sanitary reasons. Other final sale items include gift cards, downloadable software products Some health and personal care items. FINAL SALE items may be declared as such in their descriptions. However please still contact us so a customer care representative can assist you.

Our team was handpicked for their understanding of art, technology, materials, process and passion for fashion. What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. We make every effort to extend this amenity to all our customers regardless of where on the world they live but in some cases it is not available. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to certain countries and regions due to various constraints. Currently we do not ship to Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Ecuador, Greece, Iran, Israel, Italy, Laos, Libya, Macao, Mexico, Mongolia, Myanmar, Niue, North Korea, Russia, Samoa, Sudan, Syria, The Gaza Strip region in Palestine, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Yemen.  In some cases we pay be able to ship to a part of your country, contact us to reach a customer care representative for more details.

How long will it take for me to receive my shipment? 

You can expect your item within two weeks. If you are in the United States can expect your item much faster, often in less than 10 days. When you place an order you will be sent a link you can use to track the shipment online. You can also contact us so a customer care representative can provide you will detailed information on your order.

Will I receive my item in time for December 25th?

We make every effort possible to get you the gifts and items you need in time. With that in mind, we recommend you order by December 7th ,2023 to guarantee that this happen. 

What if my order was lost by the shipping provider in transit to me?

All of NOTANON’s shipping providers offer some form of tracking, although the accuracy of the information may change depending on which shipping partner delivers to your region of the US or World. If you notice it is  past the estimated delivery time and you have not received your order, contact us immediately so we can assist you. We will start an investigation and try to trace the package.  We will work with you and our shipping provider to reunite you with the order. In our experience it may make sense to try one of the following before reaching out for support,we may still be able to assist regardless of what you find:

● Confirm in your order confirmation email that there are no mistakes in your delivery address

● Ask the local post office in your region if they have your package

● Check with your neighbors, door man, package room in case our shipping partner left the package with them

Do I need to make an account to make an order? 

You can shop with a guest account however by signing up for an account we can offer you a higher level of service as well as offer you information when drops are available. 

Are the products eco-friendly? 

Yes, we strive to use eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our products and packaging, including earth-friendly Madeful Mailers. Check the item descriptions for details.

How are charities chosen to receive the percentage of profits of each sold item?

We will publish a report regularly of which charities we have sent donations to. If you would like your charity or a favorite charity to be considered send us a message via [email protected] or one of the methods to contact us.
