Exchanges & Returns Policy

Overview

At NOTANON we offer best of breed customer care and work hard to make sure you are satisfied. With that said we understand that things happen. Our Exchange and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or exchange, and no hope of a refund.

Details: We ask that you email [email protected] or contact us so we can assist you through the return process and ensure the best customer care possible.  If your item was somehow manufactured with imperfections, defects, flaws or is mis-labled  it can be returned for a replacement item at no cost to you. Our customer care representatives may ask for photos of the package or impacted item.  Items that are the wrong fit can be exchanged for a different size if it has not been worn.  Items exchanged must be of equal or greater value. Items can be returned for full credit with a receipt (email proof of purchase) to the original payment method  if they are damaged or wrong. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time the warehouse receives the return for the refund to be processed.  Reach out to [email protected] so we can see what we can do for you. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide change for an exchange or offer multiple items. As a reminder payment methods that are accepted are Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express, paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

Duration of Policy: Our policy for exchanges and returns is active for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Return Eligibility: Items eligible for return must be in an unused condition and identical to how you received them, preferably in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Goods: Certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable items like food and flowers, as well as newspapers or magazines. Products such as intimate or sanitary items, hazardous substances, or flammable liquids or gases are also non-returnable.

Items Excluded from Returns:

  • Newspapers and Magazines.
  • Perishable items like food and flowers
  • Intimate or sanitary items (including swimwear, underwear, and face masks)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Select health and personal care products

Return Process: A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to initiate a return. For online purchases, the email, order and tracking information from your order are sufficient. If you’ve purchased at a physical event without providing an email, the physical receipt is required.

Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds might be issued. This includes:

  • Books showing signs of use
  • Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to factors not caused by our error
  • Items returned beyond 30 days after delivery

Refund Procedure

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we’ll inform you via email. We will also communicate the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company as refund posting can take time.
  • Reach out to your bank as there might be a processing delay.

Sale Items: Refunds are only applicable to regularly priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. For exchanges, email us at {email address} and send your item to the address our team provides. It will be the nearest processing warehouse to you. Do not send items for exchange to our physical address.

Gifts

  • If an item was gifted to you and shipped directly, you’ll receive a gift credit upon its return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned item.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or the giver had it shipped to them, refunds will be issued to the giver who will be informed about your return.

Returning Products

  • Mail your product for return to our physical address.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
  • The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
  • For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
